- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Changes apply in the next billing cycle.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept credit/debit cards (including recurring monthly payments), PSE, and Nequi through our MercadoPago integration.
- How does the trial period work?
- When you sign up you get 10 days of full access to the Maillot Plan (Professional). Then you choose your plan and have 30 additional days before your first charge. No credit card required to start.
- What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
- When you reach your plan limits, some features are restricted until you upgrade. You can switch to a higher plan at any time from your account.
