1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes the rules for using Cyclora services, including our mobile application and website. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users.
By using Cyclora, you agree to comply with this policy. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Cyclora to:
- Register and manage your bicycle and component inventory
- Generate and verify digital property cards
- Schedule and document maintenance
- Manage your bicycle shop
- Configure and issue electronic invoices
3. Prohibited Conduct
3.1 Fraudulent Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Property card fraud: Registering stolen bicycles, falsifying ownership information, or generating cards with false data
- Identity fraud: Impersonating another person or entity, creating fake accounts, or using fictitious identities
- Financial fraud: Using stolen payment methods, making unauthorized charges, or circumventing the payment system
3.2 Prohibited Content
You may not publish, upload, or share:
- False or misleading content about bicycles or accessories
- Fraudulent or manipulated images or documents
- Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
- Spam, unauthorized advertising, or unsolicited bulk messages
- Malware, viruses, or any malicious software
3.3 Platform Abuse
The following are prohibited:
- Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools without written authorization
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the system or other users’ accounts
- Interfering with the normal operation of the platform
- Reverse engineering the software
- Exploiting security vulnerabilities (instead, report them to security@cyclora.app)
- Circumventing usage limitations or security mechanisms
- Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans
3.4 Commercial Use
Users with store accounts must also:
- Maintain up-to-date and verifiable business information
- Comply with all applicable commercial regulations
- Not issue invoices with false or inaccurate information
- Respect consumer rights under applicable legislation
4. Content Reports
If you find content that violates this policy:
- Report the content using the mechanisms available on the platform
- Cyclora will investigate and take appropriate measures
- In case of confirmed criminal activity, we will cooperate with authorities
5. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Depending on the severity of the violation, Cyclora may:
- Warning: Notification of the violation and request for correction
- Temporary restriction: Limitation of specific features
- Suspension: Temporary account suspension (7–30 days)
- Termination: Permanent account closure
- Legal action: Report to competent authorities and/or legal action
Serious violations (fraud, criminal activity) may result in immediate termination without prior warning.
6. Reporting Violations
If you detect a violation of this policy:
- On the platform: Use the “Report” button available on listings and profiles
- By email: Send a report to abuse@cyclora.app with specific details
- Security emergencies: Contact security@cyclora.app
All reports are reviewed and treated confidentially.
7. Modifications
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Significant changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance.
